High-quality photos help increase customer confidence and sales.

4. Order Fulfilment
Vendors should prepare and fulfil orders within the stated timeframe.
Please ensure:
- Orders are prepared correctly
- Products are packaged appropriately
- Customers receive collection or delivery information promptly
5. Delivery & Collection
Vendors must clearly state:
- Collection availability
- Delivery availability
- Delivery charges
- Estimated dispatch or collection times
Customers should be informed of any delays as soon as possible.
6. Food Safety
All food vendors are responsible for ensuring that food is safe for consumption.
Vendors should:
- Follow applicable food safety regulations
- Maintain proper hygiene standards
- Store products appropriately
- Clearly identify allergens where applicable
7. Customer Communication
Vendors are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully with customers.
Please:

10. Marketplace Standards
Teluk Kayu is committed to building a trusted Malaysian food marketplace.
Vendors who repeatedly fail to meet marketplace standards may have listings removed or accounts suspended.
