Student Market Delivery Information
Eligible Sellers
Student Market is exclusively for students based in the United Kingdom.
Sellers are encouraged to serve customers within their local area, university campus, or nearby community.
Delivery & Collection Options
Student sellers may choose one of the following fulfilment options:
Collection Only
Customers place an order through Teluk Kayu and collect directly from the seller at the agreed location.

Sellers may offer local delivery within a specified distance from their location.

Payment
Customers complete payment through Teluk Kayu Marketplace.
The seller is responsible for:

- Food is prepared safely
- Collection and delivery information is clearly stated
- Orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeframe
Save Food Save Money Delivery Information

The Save Food Save Money category is open to:
- Restaurants

- Food Trucks
- Student Sellers
Collection Policy
To ensure food quality and freshness, all orders in the Save Food Save Money category are available on a collection-only basis during the initial launch phase.
Delivery services are not currently available for this category.
